Partners will have access to 3,200 square feet of space in the newly renovated CMSC/NTA building at Johns Hopkins Medical Campus. This includes advanced organ/tissue microphysiological systems (MPS) fabrication, microfabrication and MPS implementation labs, data integration workstations, and an automated cell manufacturing platform, supporting diverse biotechnological R&D activities.
Core Facilities
Our partnership provides direct access to more than 60 core facilities, including labs for flow cytometry, cytogenetics, transcriptomics, genomics, microscopy, oncology tissue services, mass spectrometry, proteomics, epi-genomics, and high throughput biology. These interconnected facilities support cutting-edge research.
Makers Space
Partners in joint medical device innovation projects can use the labs and guest office space in the makers spaces in Clark Hall for co-design, testing, and prototyping.
Shared Research/ Office Space
Two dedicated spaces at the Medical and Engineering Campuses, along with additional incubator space offered by JHTV for companies. JHTV offers a 43,000 sq. ft. entrepreneurship and innovation space. With recent startup exits, we expect new startups to join our incubator, creating a dynamic environment for new enterprises.
